This tape was part of The California Project. It featured 16 tapes from 8 DJs with 24 hours of music. Only 200 were pressed. A To Zinc was also part of this set. Please note all other tapes are not sold here.

i was wondering how to get a copy of (not sureof name)but it was you vs fury and they were handing them out at inferno or flash back and you gave me a copy of it when you worked at albums on the hill

I have been desperatly looking for a yellow mixed tape from the early 90’s i think “chew on this” my have been the name. please help i have spent many hours googling this seems to be rare mix.

Thanks for adding “House for Sale 2,” I made sure I picked that one up… the 27th minute brings back memories (this tape was the first time I head La Luna by the Ethics) lets wait and see if Lil John and Pitbull rip that one off… :)

anyways i found my old mix tape it’s pink says (HARD) on one side and (!@#$) on the other

The Vitamin D mixtape subscription was the best house music investment I ever made (Vit. D listener since 1992, El Toro, CA; rockin’ out @ Club Postnuclear).
Concur with Alexey, Derek was always generous and had the best mixes and tapes available. I am proud to say I am a fan still after almost 20 years!!! Want more mixes Vitamin D!!!! Have about 20 diff. mix tapes by Vitamin D.

I found your page here after the Dr just told me that I was very low on Vitamin D. (No Kidding) It made me chuckle and try to find you and its like 1995 I SLAPPING me right back in the face. Thanks Man! Is Fatt Waxx all 4 sides? I know it says it is but I only got about an hours worth. Is it only that long? Thanks again D!

D met you at some small party at a hanger downtown Denver, you handed me this blue tape from the OASIS party you had down earlier in the year. not long after that you hooked up with Ben and started working at Albums UP… gonna order that sucker… lots of City of Angels type stuff from that era…

That song, I want to be your angel. Could you tell me the artist and song title. That mix tape you have out is the only place I have heard it and I have been looking for that track FOREVER!
